What We Offer

Study Abroad
Support, End to End

Every service you need — from choosing a university to unpacking in your new bedroom — under one expert team.

Your Path to Success

Six Steps.
One Complete Journey.

From your very first conversation to your first day on campus — we walk beside you at every step of the way.

Step 01

Career Guidance & Counselling

Before you apply anywhere, you need to know where you're actually going — and why. Our counsellors map your academic strengths, career ambitions, and financial reality to a shortlist of universities and programmes that genuinely fit. Not the most prestigious. The most right for you.

Step 02

Examination Preparation & Coaching

IELTS. TOEFL. SAT. Whatever stands between you and your offer letter, we prepare you to clear it. Structured coaching, past paper practice, and performance tracking — until your score reflects what you're actually capable of.

Step 03

University Admissions & Enrollment

Applications are more competitive than they've ever been. We handle the entire admissions process — shortlisting, personal statement crafting, document preparation, deadline management, and direct liaison with institutions — so your application lands the way it deserves to.

Step 04

Visa Processing & Application Support

A strong academic offer means nothing without the visa to back it up. Our 98% visa success rate exists because we treat every application as if it's our own — correct documentation, accurate submissions, and zero shortcuts.

Step 05

Accommodation Sourcing

Arriving in a new country without a place to stay is a crisis waiting to happen. We secure verified, safe, and affordable accommodation options before you board your flight — student halls, private rentals, or homestays depending on your preference and budget.

Step 06

Flights & Logistics Coordination

From airport transfers to pre-departure briefings, we manage the logistics that students typically figure out alone and under stress. You focus on the excitement of what's ahead. We handle everything that gets you there.

Who We Work With

Our Services Fit Every Stage
of the Journey

Whether you are applying for the first time or returning after an interruption, EduPlus adapts to your situation — not the other way around.

Secondary School Leavers

You have just finished O-Levels or A-Levels and want to begin a degree abroad. You need examination preparation, university selection, a compelling application, and end-to-end visa and logistics support. We handle every part — from your first IELTS session to your first day on campus.

University Graduates

You hold a bachelor's degree and want to pursue a master's or postgraduate diploma at a UK, Australian, Canadian, or US institution. We assess your academic record, identify programmes with realistic entry requirements, and prepare a postgraduate application that makes your profile stand out in a competitive pool.

Families Applying on Behalf of a Child

Many families begin the process on behalf of a son or daughter who is finishing secondary school. We work directly with parents and guardians — explaining requirements, providing financial planning guidance for tuition and living costs, and keeping you informed at every stage of the admissions and visa process.

Book a Consultation
How early should I start the study abroad process?

For UK and Canadian universities with September intakes, the application window typically opens in September of the preceding year and closes between January and March. This means you should begin your EduPlus consultation at least 12 to 18 months before your intended start date — earlier if you still need to sit IELTS, TOEFL, or other entrance examinations. Students who engage us early get the strongest university options, the most preparation time, and zero deadline stress.

What IELTS score do I need for a UK university?

Most UK undergraduate programmes require an overall IELTS Academic band of 6.0 to 6.5, with no individual skill below 5.5. Postgraduate programmes typically require 6.5 to 7.0 overall. Russell Group universities — such as Manchester, Edinburgh, and Nottingham — often require 7.0 or above for postgraduate study. Australian universities generally require 6.5 overall. North American universities vary widely, but an 80 on the TOEFL iBT is a common benchmark.

Does EduPlus guarantee visa approval?

No consultancy can legally guarantee a visa — the final decision rests with the issuing authority. What we guarantee is that every application we prepare is complete, accurate, and presented in the most favourable way possible. Our current student visa approval rate across UK, Australia, Canada, USA, and Ireland is 98%. We achieve this through meticulous document preparation and careful financial narrative structuring. In the rare event of a refusal, we analyse the refusal letter and advise you on whether and how to reapply effectively.

What documents do I need for a UK Student visa?

The standard UK Student visa requires: a valid CAS from your university, proof of English language proficiency, financial evidence covering the first year's tuition plus nine months of living costs, and a valid passport. Depending on your country of residence, you may also require a tuberculosis test result, parental consent if under 18, and ATAS clearance for certain sensitive subjects. We provide a personalised document checklist for every applicant.

How long does the UK Student visa process take?

Standard UK Student visa processing takes approximately three weeks from your biometrics appointment. Priority processing can reduce this to five working days. We advise students to submit no later than six weeks before their travel date. You cannot apply more than six months before your course start date. We coordinate your timeline against your CAS issue date to ensure you apply within the optimal window every time.

Can EduPlus help me find scholarships?

Yes. Scholarship identification and application support is part of our admissions service. We maintain a curated database of awards relevant to East African students — country-specific awards, institution merit scholarships, Commonwealth Scholarship Commission opportunities, and subject-specific bursaries. Students who engage us 12 months before their start date can build a parallel scholarship strategy alongside their university admissions.

How much does it cost to use EduPlus?

Our fee structure depends on the scope of services you require. Individual services are priced separately. Full end-to-end support is available as a package at a significant saving. We discuss costs transparently during your initial consultation and will never recommend a service you do not need. We also do not take placement commissions from universities — our recommendations are based entirely on your academic fit.

Do you support students from Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda?

Yes. While EduPlus is headquartered in Dar es Salaam, we actively support students from Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and across East and Central Africa. Our team has direct experience across each country's academic credential systems — your O-Level, A-Level, or university transcripts are assessed and presented correctly for international institutions regardless of which national curriculum you followed.

What happens after I arrive at university?

Our involvement does not end when you board the plane. We connect every student with our alumni network at their destination university — existing students who have been exactly where you are going. We remain available for post-arrival questions in the first 30 days: bank account setup, GP registration, transport cards, and orientation logistics. Students who face unexpected issues after arrival can contact us directly.

How is EduPlus different from other consultancies?

Three differences matter. First, we handle every step — not just visa or admissions — so we are accountable for the whole outcome. Second, we do not take commissions from universities, so recommendations are based purely on your fit. Third, our team is composed of specialists: visa team, admissions writers, and logistics coordinators. You get a qualified specialist for every part of your journey.
